Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

    We had a great time in the rain with 11 members showing up! The members were Stark,Woodstock,Flo,Casper, Tupac,Shakira, Yeti, Spalding, Bambi Venom and the Q, Landslide. Our workout was “Your Choice” workout. We had 3 stations and you had a choice of doing at least 2 of the suggested exercises but you had to do 57 reps for my age at each station. We continued the workout for 35 minutes. At station 1 at the bottom was your choice of Decline Merkins, Pistol Squats or dips. from here, you ran up the stairs and at the top was station 2. The exercises here were Burpees, Starfish Sit ups, Merkins and LBC’s. From here you ran across the top to the ramp and two-thirds of the way down the ramp was station three. Here your choices were Australian Merkins, V Sit ups, Diamond Merkins or Bicycle Sit ups. You then ran down the ramp to station one to start over. We divide into three groups and each group started at a different station. We concluded in a circle of trust.
