Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

    We had a great day working on our ABS to look good for our wives and girlfriends! Attending were Zod, Stark, Tupac, Woodstock, Buttermaker, Bourbon, Coal, Venom, an FNG Jonas “Jasmine” Clausen and the Q, Landslide. We started at the wall but mosied over to Monument Hill. Our work out consisted of an Ab set at the bottom of the hill, after one set of 25, we ran up the hill and did a set of 25 merkins and then ran down the hill to start another set of Ab work, back up the hill for more merkins. After each AB set we ran up the hill for a merkin set.. The Ab sets were LBC’s, Starfish sit ups, Bicycle sit ups, Flutter Kicks, Side Plank Dips (each side), American twists, Half Wipers, V sit ups, Heel Touches and then plain old sit ups. We mosied back to the wall and finished with a circle of trust.
