Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

    The Beat-down:

    Iron Mountain Sequel

    The object to this sequel is add additional exercises to each completed set. The first set is simple, you do 10 reps of the indicated exercise, then run up the stairs. Once you come down the stairs, continue with the initial exercise, then add next exercise to your set. Run to the top of the wall to add next exercise to your workout. There are 11 total exercises to add to each set.

    10 – mericans
    15 – Dips
    20 – Australian Push – Ups
    25 – Leg Pulse Ups
    30 – Wide Mericans
    35 – Jump Squats
    40 – Reverse Grip Australian Push-Ups
    45 – Air Shoulder Press
    50 – LBC
    55 – Mountain Climbers
    60 – Bur-pees

    Zero finished after 40 Minutes, Est. time of completion up the mountain 55 minutes.


    The six was Spaulding or Stark… I didn’t record or remember.
