Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

    The Thang:

    YHC had other thoughts in mind about this beatdown, but some PAX asked for more time under ruck to get ready for GrowRuck and i was happy to oblige – so blame those unnamed (rhymes with go) PAX for this one. 😉

    All PAX had ruck loaded with weight of their choosing, and rucks were either worn or lifted throughout the whole beatdown. Coupons were also present and rotated: 3 of Charlottes tubes @ roughly 40lbs each, 60 and 40 lb sandbags, spare ruck (x2) and a 35lb dumbell.

    Round 1 & 2 – with coupons (if you could get one – buncha savages) – ascend the stairs, lunge walk to the first cone, recover walk to second cone, lunge walk to the end. Descend the ramps quickly.

    At base, when all PAX had arrived, perform the following in cadence: squats x 25, flutter kicks with rucks up over chest x 25 (2 is 1), Thrusters x 25.

    Round 3 – no coupons. Ascend the stairs, walk to cone 1, bear crawl to cone 2, walk to ramps and descend quickly.

    At base – hold plank for 3x counts (39). hold rucks overhead for 2x counts (26), then perform 10 presses. 21’s (7/7/7) curls with ruck.

    Round 4 – no coupons. Ascend the stairs, walk to cone 1, bear crawl to cone 2, walk to ramps and descend quickly.

    Not time for base exercise, PAX held plank waiting for 6 to arrive from round 4.

    COR, NOR, and prayers uplifted for those hurting, expectant and new fathers, winters last gasp, the troops and the people of Syria, f3 brothers, and safe travels for all PAX.
