Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!
You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

F3 Mission: Fitness, Fellowship, Faith; to plant, serve and grow men’s small workout groups, in order to reinvigorate male community leadership
Principles of F3:
• It must be free of charge
• It must be open to all men
• It must be help outdoor, rain or shine, hot or cold
• It must be peer led in a rotating fashion by men who participate in the workout, with no training or certification necessary
• It must end with a Circle of Trust (COT)

The Modell:
For 5 minutes each the PAX performed AMRAP of the folowing ab exercises: Hip Flexor Sit-ups, LBC’s, Flutter kicks, Bicycle sit-ups and 6″ Hello Dolly’s. At any point if the PAX could not continue for the 5 minute duration a 6″ leg hold was to be performed. The PAX ended with a decline Plank.
Ended in a COT with Count-o-Rama and Name-o-Rama.
Spaulding was the 6. He has been in F3 for a year and is getting close to his 100th post. He was EH’d by Stark. He got his name because he used to work at a country club. Spaulding keeps coming back for the people and because F3 allows him to work out when the gym would be challenging.
