boot camp, Perrysburg

Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

    PAX – Stark, Booboo, Woodstock, Spaulding, HazMat, Bourbon, Tupac, FNG -> Gyro, Crab legs, Buttermaker, Emeril, Casper, Bambi, Coal (Q)

    Warmup run from Wall to Hood Park, up the hill and rt on front street back down to Wall and down the ramp.
    Then partnered up, an even seven sets. 5 exercise/stations to complete work out.
    E1: x400 LBC combined, 1 person on LBC’s other person on standing run. Standing run is up steps -> 2x body builders at top -> then jog back down hill.
    E2: x300 merkin, combined. 1 person on merkin, 1 person on standing run.
    E3: x200 side straddle hops, combined. 1 person on exercise, 1 person standing run.
    E4: X100 Burpees combined. 1 person on exercise, 1 person on standing run.
    E5: Lieutenant Dan’s until partner concludes the standing run, then rotate.
