Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!
You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).
21 PAX came together to help me celebrate my M’s birthday on a beautiful morning overlooking the muddy Maumee River. As my last beatdown as site Q of the Wall, I wanted to make this one special. I dont think it disappointed!
Posting today were Tupac, Flo, Ponzi, Landslide (Respect!), Popcorn, Buttermaker (HATE!), Bambi, Bourbon, Cheese, Geppetto, HazMat, Venom, Crab Legs, Jennay, Coal, Casper, QBert, Gyro, Spaulding, Dutch, Woodstock (YHC)
Led off with 3F’s, Mission, Principles, and Disclaimer.
PAX counted off by 4’s and we were off.
The Thang:
4 stations, AMRAP at each, 5 minute rotations.
Station 1 (the 1’s) – ~100M sprint, 10 burpees, repeat coming back.
Station 2 (the 2’s) – bear crawl up the ramp to landing 1, 25 Austrian Merkins, mosey to top of lower steps, 10 Lt Dans, down the steps and repeato.
Station 3 (the 3’s) – 25 imperial walkers, up the top flight of steps, 25 merkins, down the steps.
Station 4 (the 4’s) – plank side crawl across the patio, 10 merkins on the river side, plank side crawl back to the low wall, 10 dips.
Made it through 6 rotations. No one died or quit.
