Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!
You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).
Time: 5:30 – 6:15 AM
Location: The Wall…aka Riverside Park
PAX: 11 total – HazMat, Dutch, Venom, Cheese, Gyro, Popcorn, Crablegs, Ponzi, Bourbon, Chanel, Bambi
F3 Mission: Fitness, Fellowship, Faith; to plant, serve and grow men’s small workout groups, in order to reinvigorate male community leadership
Principles of F3:
• It must be free of charge
• It must be open to all men
• It must be help outdoor, rain or shine, hot or cold
• It must be peer led in a rotating fashion by men who participate in the workout, with no training or certification necessary
• It must end with a Circle of Trust (COT)

Christmas in July:
The Q Assigned the first 2 runner/stealer.
The PAX pulled workouts from the red bag, one for each person. Workouts included were Merkins, Derkins, Carolina Dry Ducks, Burpees, Body Builders, Catalina Wine Mixers, Big Boy Sit Ups, Groiners, American Hammers, and possibly some others.
The PAX then Started their assigned workout (the Q indicated that the workout stayed in the position and the PAX moved if stolen).
The Runners took off all the way up the ramp and back down the steps. Once at bottom they stole an exercise of their choice and sent the PAX performing the exercise previously running. The Q noticed that the Runners were taking too long and assigned a third runner.. PAX were informed to not steal from anyone twice until you have stolen from everyone once.
As a twist the Q drew a new workout every 4 minutes and assigned it in a clockwise rotation, replacing the old workout.
Repeato until 6:10.
*If bear-crawl ring of fire is drawn, all pax form a circle and bear crawl 5 complete rotations…and then back to work. Luckily this was only drawn once, resulting in 5 bear crawl laps.
Ended in a COT with Count-o-Rama and Name-o-Rama.
Popcorn was the 6: He was EH’d by cheese, got his name because he manages the Maumee Indoor Theatre, loves coming out to get in shape, the teamwork and the PAX.
Bambi Led the Prayer: Prayers were specifically offered for Leiderhosen and thankfulness that we can get u and workout with this group.
