Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

    We had a wonderful morning with a great sunrise and a Coyote running by us! We had one FNG, Steven “Notebook” Whitlow. Others attending were Buttermaker, Flo, Q’Bert, Woodstock, Bambi, Bourbon, Crablegs, Stark, Casper, Dutch, Ponzi, Mr. Bean, Tupac, Hazmat, Wake, Chip N Dale and the Q, Landslide. The beatdown consisted of starting at the bottom of the wall where we did 25 starfish sit ups, 25 dips and 25 American twists. You then ran up the stairs and at the top did 25 merkins. We ran down the stairs and did 25 Sit Throughs, 25 dips and 25 LBC’s. Then we ran back up the stairs for 25 merkins and then back down.
    We then did 25 V sit ups, 25 dips and 25 Flutter Kicks. Then we went back up the stairs for another 25 merkins. We continued in this rotation until 6:10 when we ended in a circle of trust.. I split the group initially where 1/2 started on the stairs and 1/2 started at the bottom.
