boot camp, Perrysburg

Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

    Q*Bert, Bambi, Bourbon, and Thumper showed up at 4:30 for an early ruck before the normal ruck.
    Mission: Destroy all glutes. Hills and stairs training at the Wall for as many trips as time allows.
    2.4 miles total and 9 trips up and down a combination of the hill and stairs with heavy packs.

    Partner up in groups of 3 and 3 stations repeato:
    station 1 – bear crawling up the ramp of the wall and at each flat spot – 10 hand release merkins, if reach 1st turn go crawl bear)
    station 2 – run or hustle up the stairs with sandbag of cinder block at top do 25 squats with weight – repeat 3 times with the stairs being the team timer
    station 3 – dips on wall first time til switch, merkins with feet on wall until switch second time, squats on wall until switch 3rd time.
