Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

30 – Table Top Sit Throughs
    20 – Australian Merkins
    10 – Burpees
Run Up the Steps (66), Side shuffle the side walk paths up top of the Wall, Sprint down ramp and bottom half of steps. Rinse and Repeato as many times as you can in 40 mins

COR, NOR, Mile High was the six and may or may not have been deliberately since YHC wanted to get to know Mile High better. Many prayers today for praise for illnesses with good prognosis, prayers of need for illnesses still fighting, Patriot lost a family pet, The East Coast, Landslide and Cobras close family/friend need heart surgery and more. Go about your days with humility. Being humble does not mean thinking less of yourself…it simply means thinking about yourself less.
