boot camp, Perrysburg

Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

    2. Read the Core Principles
    3. Circled up for Count-rama
    4. We then ran down to Perry Hill.
    5. We did a set of exercises at the bottom of the hill and then did a different exercise up the hill. We stopped at the cones and then jogged back down.
    6. We did 30 reps of every exercise at the bottom of the hill.
    7. PAX were told to modify exercises as needed to get to 30.

    Bottom Exercise: Hill Exercise:

    1. Merkens 1. Run to the top
    2. Big Boy situps 2. Bear Crawl to the top
    3. Squats 3. Karaoke to the top
    4. Imperial Walkers (2 is 1) 4. Backwards run to the top
    5. American Hammers 5. Shuffle to the top
    6. Burpees 6. Lunge to the top
    7. Dips 7. Run to the stairs and the Bunny
    Hop to the top
    8. Jump Squat 8. Pick a partner and Wheelbarrow
    Carry to midpoint and then switch
    9. Alabama Ass Kickers 9. Frog Hop to the top

    9. We then ran back to the flag
    10. We did Count-o-rama- 11
    11. We did Name-o-rama
    12. Hazmat was the Six
    13. We did Announcements
    14. We did Prayer intentions
