boot camp, Perrysburg

Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

    Separated into team of 3.

    6 minutes per station (includes transition to next station), 2 rounds.
    Station 1 (cadence, rotate each team member)
    • X30, murkins
    • X15, burpee
    • X30, side straddle hops
    • X30, flutter kicks

    Station 2
    • Up steps -> top of steps at landing, x10 carolina dry docks -> run and shuffle the walks -> run back down the ramp… repeat

    Station 3 (any order)
    • X100, sit ups
    • X100, wall jumps
    • X100, squats
    • X100, dips

    Circle of trust.
    Bambi the Tie Guy.
    Closed with prayer.

    It was great leading today, great group – great team!
