Intro: glorious morning and sunrise as PAX took the parking lot at Stonewolf
PAX: Dr. Nick, Pinewood, Poodle, Ollie, Bullock, Tidwell, Brute, Patch, Irish Springs, Tucky, Care bear
4 Diamond circuits – bear craw from station to station
1) 10 Side Straddle Hops, 10 Jump Squats, Repeato x1
2) 15 Merkin Block Touches – rotate hands every time you go down
3) 15 Toe touches w block
4) 10 Inch worms
5-12 Brick Stations (around the school every 60 yards)
5) 10 Side lunge lifts – Walk and curl your block to next station
6) 15 Overhead presses – Walk and upright row to the next station
7) 20 Klinger kicks brick overhead – Walk and do triceps to next station
8) Jump squat twists – After walk curl to the next station
9) 15 Hip extensions w band – Walk and upright row to the next
10) 20 Curls w bands – Walk and do triceps to next station
11) 20 American hammers – After walk curl to the next station
12) Bent rows -Walk and upright row to the next
