Intro:
Warm up all new exercises
Break up into 3 groups
Each round do something different.
1 st lap 75 yards – Bear crawl
2nd lap 75 yards – Run
3rd lap 75 yards – Lunge
Abs – up one side 5 reps first lap, 10 second. 15 third
– Burpees
– crunchy frogs 5 reps
– Plank 30, 1 min, 1.5 min
– Big boys
Bear, Run, or Lunge down the other
Then lap
Legs – add 5 reps each leg
– Lt dans 5
– Curb squats 5 each side
– Squat twists

Upper
– Hindu push-ups 5, 10, 15
– reverse plank 30 seconds, 1 min, 1.5
– Carolina dd 5, 10, 15
