   The thang
   Was a real shitshow trying to set up and describe the beatdown . Was supposed to be 3 of each but ended up much much more . We all did workouts while waiting for the one pax to finish 3 burpees anyway they want . 14 other exercises where
   Regular Merkins
   Wide Merkins
   Diamond Merkins
   Mountain climbers
   American hammers with 30 pound plate
   Curls with like 60 pounds barbell
   Flys with 20 lbs dumbbells
   Klinger kicks
   Freddie mercuries
   Big boy sit ups
   30 lb shoulder presses
   Leg lifts
   Jump squats
   Superman’s with a towel
   Repeated this for five times thru
   Ran a lap
   Moseyed to pull up bar where we circled up and one member did as many pull-ups as possible while the rest of the pax did an exercise during these pull-ups . Ranged from burpees Merkins jump squats side straddle hops ab exercises and more .
   Finished with 52 Merkins for hedgehogs b day .
   Prayer intentions were lifted up and COT was closed with Tupac giving a solid six and a prayer .
