Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

The Thang: We warmed up with side straddle hops and windmills in cadence.
The main workout was 30 merkins, 30 curls with a block, 30 squats. Next the groups ran together to the pride rock at Northview. Repeated 4x.
Sideshow was the 6 and expressed his thoughts on the group and how he looks forward to it and reminisced about how it’s been 5 years and the relationships he has with the men. Got his name from being a write for the juggling act in college.
Announcements: Walleye Game, and Cogs put forth a recommendation of a book that is worthy of reading.
Prayer: Prayers for Simmons mom. Thought of the day is to think of others first.
