The Killer Bees (Belding, Balco and Bluto) took on the elements at Mt. Doom on Saturday.
A simple yet taxing weight/cardio circuit kept the boys warm in spite of the rain, wind and cold. Each exercise was done for one minute.
Set one consisted of:
Shoulder press
Burpees
Bicep curls
Crunchy frogs
Chest press
Squats
(Repeato x 3)
Set two consisted of:
Upright row
Side straddle hops
Tricep extension
Merkins
Thrusters
Lunges
(Repeato x 3)
COT was quick with special intentions for Balco who has a job interview forthcoming.
