Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

Warmup
20 SSH, 10 old man windmills, jog around the flag pole
Workout
Eight exercises in two stations, 10 reps each exercise growing in pyramid. Station one: Curls, Overhead Press, Swings, Squat Thrusters. Station two: Merkins, squats, inch worms, mountain climbers. Total of 400 reps. At the top of the pyramid, middle of the workout, we split up in two teams and threw the frisbee from one end of the parking lot to the other and back.
