Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.
Mule Camp Beatdown:

HIMS- Dory, Bulk, Rulon, Mulcahy, Freightliner, Patch, Riggins
Completed 6 rounds of exercises of 27 reps each. After each round we ran the bleacher steps. Once returned to the exercise station after each round, two teams competed to score a basket in a bucket. The losing team had to complete an exercise chosen by the winners. This was done after each round.
Round 1: side straddle hops and imperial walkers
Round 2: squats and superman’s
Round3: should taps, Klingler kicks, and LBC’s
Round 4: Mt climbers, merkins, and Freddie Mercury’s
Round 5: squat jumps, Lt. Dan’s, American hammers
