Mission: to plant grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership

We started with a warmup consisting of side straddle hops, slow windmills, and tempo merkins
We then did a ladder workout with 5 different stations placed in a circle spaced about 20 yards out with station 1 in the middle. At each station we added a rep until we got to 21, then we went back down. The stations were:
1. Mountain climbers
2. Lunges
3. Burpees
4. Mike Tyson’s
5. Dead lift rows (with block)
We went back to station 1 after every other station. For example we did 1 mountain climber, 2 lunges, 3 mountain climbers, 4 burpees, 5 mountain climbers, 6 Mike Tyson’s, etc.
Ended with COR, NOR, COT
