Bootcamp style workout that uses the track, plenty of open grass, and a large parking lot. Meet at the basketball courts!

    Jon Komperda (Boo Boo) says:

    “3 Hard Words”
PAX: Brute, HedgeHog, Sandman, Nails, Gas man, Mole, Cratchit, Trojan, Mulcahy, Tucky, Tupac, Sipe, Boo Boo, FNG- Popeyes
    Q: Boo Boo
    6: Mulcahy
    FNG: Popeyes

The 3 Hard Words are “I Need Help”
In groups of 3 or 4, there was always one block moving down and back, rifle carry for 20 yards, do 10 shoulder presses, low-curl carry back, do 10 curls. One member of each group continued to do this until they couldn’t anymore. At that point, they had to say to their group, “I need help,” at which point another group member began the carries/exercises. The previous carrier jumped in with the group wherever they were in the exercises, which were as follows:

    30 reps:
    Merkins
    American Hammers (2is1)
    Squats
    Supermen
    Tricep Presses (block)
    LBCs
    Run

    20 reps
    Block Step-ups (2is1)
    BBS
    Block Curls
    Klinger Kicks (2is1)
    Jungle Boy Squats
    Knees-to-Chest (block)
    Run

    10 reps
    Thrusters (block)
    Block Jumps/Quick steps (2is1)
    Lt. Dans
Hip/Leg Raises with Block (10 each leg)
    Deadlifts
    Manmakers
    Run

The point is: men are conditioned to be independent, self-sufficient, and hold the world on our shoulders. That’s not how we are designed. We are designed to need help from God and from others. When we withhold asking for help, we become less able to love and serve in all areas of our lives. Ask for help before you bring harm to yourself and others. Practice, “I need help.”
