Beatdown style workout with your F3 Brothers. No better way to start off a Monday.

Park on Drummond, Goddard or Meadowwood and meet in front of the clock tower at University Hall.

Was a nice warm day 60F for November 4th. No warm up, everyone brought Ruck sacks. So we moseyed to the bottom of the hill towards the student union, there was rain and forecast for more, kept everyone dry for most part.
BD: Was a Tabata Style workout of 3 rounds. We exercised for 9 minutes had a two minute break, then continued with the 2nd round ended with 3rd. During Each break I asked the PAX what Freedom meant to them, the choices they make or don’t. We have freedoms in this country exercise your right to Vote.

    Round 1
    10 Thrusters
10 Klinger kicks while holding weight (4 is 1)
    10 Ruck/weight swings
    10 Dips
Run Around the section of grass, with or without Ruck (twice)
    Repeato of the exercises.
    Round 2
    10 Burpees/Option keep Ruck on
10 Ruck weight squats (4 count)
10 Ruck pulls (pull towards abs, hold 3 secs, elbows tight to body)
    10 Arm Curls (4 count)
Run Around the section of grass, with or without Ruck (twice)
    Repeato of the exercises.
    Round 3
    10 Ruck/weight Horizontal presses
    10 Ruck/weight Vertical presses
10 Single hand pulls (5 each arm)

Got back up to Moon Tower, i was the 6. I read a quote “But I haven’t at any time hindered in my will, nor forced against it. And how is this possible? I have bound up my choice to act with the will of God. Gods wills that I be sick, such is my will. He wills that I should choose something, so do I. He wills that I reach for something or something be given to me-I wish for the same. What God doesn’t will, I do not wish for.” Epictetus, Discourses, 4.1.89
