Started the morning off with The F3 Mission, Five Principles and the Disclaimer. Did a Count- O- Rama.
The Thang:
Spit off in teams of 2. 1 team member would run while the other one completed an exercise. Reps of 100 split between each team member.
1. Flutter Kicks
2. Russian Twists
3. Incline Markings
4. Side Straddle Hops
5. Burpees
6. Elbow Planks
7. Executioners
After 25 minutes, teams were split up into 2 teams of shirts vs. skins for a round of ultimate Frisbee for the remainder of the workout.
Bubba was the 6.
We ended in a Count O Rama and a Circle of Trust and prayer.
