Warm-Up
Spend about 3 minutes doing some basic leg, arm and lower body stretches
Lap around the track to the bleachers
For the workout, do 24 of each exercise since today is the 24th
Work-Out
At the Bleachers
24 dips, 24 hip thrusters (put feet up on bench, head on the track, thrust hips until your body is in a straight line), 24 decline merkins
Take a lap around the track.
Repeato 2 more times
At the Wall
24 wall sit kicks (2 is 1) jog to the end of the parking lot and back 3 times, repeato 2 more times
8 ascending gentlemens, jog to the end of the parking lot 3 times and back, repeato 2 more times
In the parking lot
Lunge Crawl – lunge walk 1 parking spaces, do 3 squats, lunge walk 1 more spaces and do 6 more squats. Repeato until you end up at the other end of the parking lot doing 24 squats for today’s theme.
