Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.
Today 8 pax’s came out for a graduation day beat down.
1st we did 3 sets of 10 wide curls, 10 1/2 way up curls, and 10 1/2 way down curls. In between the sets we did weighted lbc’s.
Next we did 3 sets of 30 hammer curls in cadence. In between each set we did high plank doing a reverse fly.
We moved to the band field partnered up while one ran the field and did around the clock merkins the other did burpee renegade rows and upright rows or backwards lunges with curls and kickbacks.
The pax’s were Dr Nick, Trojan, Nails, Sideshow, Goose, Animal, Rabbit, and Sipe.
