• It must be peer led in a rotating fashion by men who participate in the workout, with no training or certification necessary
• It must end with a Circle of Trust (COT)

We left the ruckers at the Necropolis and headed to the gauntlet where we did about 1/3 of a Murph while Landslide did laps (he had done 1/2 a Murph the day before). Did 1 extra lap and picked up Landslide before heading back.
