Not up for a ruck? Several PAX meet at The Necropolis to go for an invigorating 3-5 mile run.
QIC – Stark
PAX – Coconut, Flubber, Spaulding, Van Gogh, Raven, Jenny, Picaso
With all the extra activity this weekend (Spartan Races, HTLs, Iron Mans, Iron Pax) that the PAX was enduring, we kept this run light and familiar. We went down to Levis Commons and back. The gazelles, bounced back to catch the 6 a determined intervals. The PAX got in 4-5.5 miles depending on pace.
