Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

Warm up: Indian run with last guy having to do five squats then sprint to front. Around movie theater.
Workout: Relay of teams of five
First station 20 big boy sit ups
Second Station 10 burpees
Third Station: 10 Lt Dans
Forth Stations 20 merkins
Start at one station sprint to next do workout with guy there then the other guy sprints to next and so on.
In between sprints when waiting, LBCs then Squats, then imperial walkers, then air pressing.
Losing team did 30 burpees each but we are a team so we picked up the 6 and everyone did 15.
Got in a circle and each guy picked the workout we did. 20 merkins, 10 Lt Dans, 20 Carolina dry socks, 10 pushups with 40 air presses, 20 squats, 20 imperial walkers, 80 count plank, 40 side straddle hops, 1 sprint.
