RUCK from Harroun Park Shelter

   24 PAX ventured on the streets of Sylvania this morning in the gloom for a ruck. We went for 3 miles at a pace of 0:14:13 minute per mile average pace. Not long before we started we picked up various sized logs along the path of Harroun Park. We carried these for a distance of 1/4 mile then set them down to remember our path. We stopped for 100′ partner wheelbarrows with packs on after the 1st mile. On our last mile we found the various logs and picked them up for the final 1/4 mile.

   During the COT we prayed for Kitty’s Aunt and Uncle in Houston. They had to evacuate their home and we prayed for their saftey. We prayed for the city of Houston, H2’s wife and for all the teachers and students returning to school this week.

   This was Animals first ruck! It was great to see Worm and Shady back out in the gloom! Also special shout out to Hacksaw for having 50lbs today!
