   Once again we were spared the inclement weather and were blessed with a great morning in the gloom.

   The Thang:

   Warm Up
   SSH x 20
   Imperial Walkers x 10 each side
   Merkins x 20
   Mtn Climbers x 10 each leg
   Squats x 20

   Mosey around the east tree and down to the practice field.

   Hill 7’s
   Lined up at the sideline at the base of Faith Hill for some Hill 7’s
   1 Squat at the bottom, 6 Merkins in the parking lot
   Repeato 2/5, etc to 6/1
   Plank & wait for the 6

   Burpee Plank Sprints
   Gathered in the west end zone and split into groups of 3 PAX
   Partner 1 & 2 did Burpee Planks (Burpee with a side jump over your planking partner)
   Partner 3 sprinted to opposite end zone and back
   Rotate through each position and repeat
   Al Gore & wait for the 6

   Wheel Bears
   Partner 1 & 2 Wheel Barrow 10 Yards, while Partner 3 Bear Crawls along side
   Rotate positions every 10 yards to the opposite end zone
   Sprint to start and Repeato
   Al Gore & wait for the 6

   3 Person Partner Carry
   2 PAX carry 1 the length of the field
   Sprint back to start
   Rotate and repeato until each has been carried
   Plank & wait for the 6

   Bear Crabs
   OYO, Bear Crawl 10 yards
   Crab walk 5 yards
   Crawl Bear 10 yards
   Repeato to the opposite end zone
   Sprint back & plank for the 6

   Hill 10’s
   Back to the sideline at the base of Faith Hill
   1 SSH at the bottom, 9 Decline Merkins at the top (if you could find a decline)
   Repeato until 9 SSH and 1 Decline Merkin
   Finish in the Parking Lot
