Changing it up (Accountability Run- BK Summit)

Gap talked about being out sick and not posting for about 8 days and how much he thought about the group. It hit hard for him knowing that we were out getting in our works outs and he wasn’t, which gave him a heavy heart not being able to be out with us; because of all the things that the F3 PAX members bring to each work out. He is glad to be back in the mix.
