Weather: Mid 30’s overcast but beautiful
PAX: Ozzie, Mole, Brita, Brute, Johnny, Floppy (6), Juice, Gas Man, Boo Boo, Gap, Flush, Oh Geez, Cogsworth, Yuengling, Earmuffs, Pixar, Trinity, Goose, Ollie, Sipe, Colonel, Splinter, Pinewood (Q)
Circled up at 0515 for the 5CPs, Credo and Mission of F3.
THE THING:
Instructed PAX to run to the parking lot of Root. Once there we did 4 laps with sprints on the long sides straightaways. When done PAX could run the long or short way back. Most got in 4-4.6 miles.
Circled up around 0600 for CoR, NoR and the 6.
