5/21/18 – Arbor Hills, Buddy Bench, NO Elephant Walk.

    Q – Gap

PAX – Sipe, Trinity, Sideshow, Modell, Stark, Gadget, Dauber, Romano, Hacksaw, Ozzie, Splinter, Froman

Opening – Brief rundown of F3 purpose, principles and agenda.

    The Thang –
Surveyed the new AO with a jog around the school and met at the rear of the building.

Counted off in two’s keeping group one at the South end of school and sending group two to the North end of the school. South end complete merkins and North end complete big-boy sit-ups. Starting with 20, group completed workout at their end and ran to opposing side to complete workout counting down by one each time (20, 19, 18, etc.).

    Moseyed to the track.

Began by lunging the straight away and jogging the corner. At the start of the next straight away PAX completed 15 mountain climbers, 15 plank jacks and 15 LBC’s. Lung the back straight away, jog corner and repeat the mountain climbers, plank jacks and LBC’s.

Round two- Squat-twist 180 degree the straight away and jog the corner. Complete 15 mountain climbers, 15 plank jacks and 15 LBC’s. Repeat the squat twist 180’s on back straight away, jog corner and finish with 15 more mountain climbers, plank jacks and LBC’s.

    Moseyed back to the flag.

COT – Prayers for the troops and first responders that allow us the freedoms and support to do what we do. Prayers of comfort and peace for Ryleigh as she battles brain cancer. Prayers of support as he transitions from his previous job to that which lay somewhere ahead. A prayer of thanks for those who have come to F3 to better themselves as men, husbands, fathers and leaders throughout our communities. Let us find strength and support from each other when we are in need just as we might provide strength for those in times of need. Great thanks for those who came out to support the first workout at this new AO and that our numbers have created the problematic situation creating the need to expand.
