    The workout was design for a full body workout for the arm, legs and abs

    We did four block of exercises, each exercise approx. 30 sec each

    Block 1
    – Mummy kick
    – Jump Rope
    – Side Shuffle L/R
    – Burpee
    – Repeato

    Block 2
    – Donkey Kick
    – 1 Legged Burpee L/R
    – Basketball jump
    – Algore
    – Repeato

    Block 3
    – Wide Merkin
    – Mountain Climber
    – Side Merkin L
    – Side Merkin R
    – Side Plank L
    – Side Plank R
    – Repeato

    Block 4
    – Crunchy Frog
    – Flutter Kick
    – LBC Left
    – LBC Right
    – American Hammer
    – Repeato

    – Stretchiing exercises and finish with 1 lap around track

    The 6 – Modell
    Prayer Intentions: – for Riley: may God take her into His arms and proviide peace and comfort to Riley and her family
    – for Cooter and his family as they work to rebuild after the house fire
