Beatdown style workout with your F3 Brothers. No better way to start off a Monday.

    Pax Posting: 13 total with 0 FNGs — Romano, Jimmy Dean, Belding, Froman, Modell, Dauber, Ticket, Trinity, Ollie, Tupac, Splinter, Gadget, Colonel
    The Thang:
    A repeato of 1776 workout from 2017 with some minor twists to it and at a different, new AO – Buddy Bench!
    Start it off with a 1776 yard run (1.01 miles). Do not move on to exercises below until all are done – no man left behind. Safe to say all 13 pax posting are becoming quite the runners as everyone looked strong on the 4 laps (and .01 miles more).
    Move on and complete each exercise below with a partner – each man doing 50 to equal 100.
    1. 100 Hand Release Merkins
    2. 100 Buddy Claps – SSH with Partner 5 at top
    3. 100 Partner Big Boy Situps
    4. 100 Dips on bleachers
    5. 100 Klinger Kicks = 2 is 1
    At this point had the pax run through the woods to Hillview Elementary to do some pull upage. Realized pretty quickly that there wasn’t an optimal setup for pull-ups for 13 pax and after most of the pax got in 25 or so pulled the plug and had the pax run back to Arbor Hills for sake of time.

    6. 100 Pull-ups (attempted – see above…)
    7. 100 Squats
    8. 100 American Hammers (L/R = 1)
    9. 100 Plank Partner Taps (L/R = 1)
    10. 100 Plank Jacks
    Typically there would be 6 more exercises to add up to 1600 but with respect to time and this being done on July 2nd audibled and did the following:
    11. Line up at goal line on football field and run to cone which signified 50 yards but was more like 65 yards. Run to cone and back, then 100 LBC’s (equals 2 100’s – the run and the PT)
    12. Line up at goal line and run to cone and back. Do 100 Military Hand Release Merkins
    13. Cone and back and do 100 Lt. Dans.
    Finale was to bear crawl to the cone and intent was to turn and bear crawl back. YHC knew that time was no on our side and to the delight of all in attendance had the pax run back to the flag instead of bear crawl. However we weren’t finished. Clock was against YHC but yelled out for the pax to partner up and each man should do 38 burpees to add up to 76. Once clock hit 6:15 had the pax stop with most men getting more than 20 burpees in = respect all around.
    YHC took us out in COT.
    Pax crushed the run and all the PT and like YHC prefers the entire workout was done with some good mumblechatter and as a partner style beatdown so not only is the pax pushing you but the HIM you are partnered up with is pushing you as well.
