    On this day 9 paxs set out to have a good time. Ticket, Gap, Wake, Mr Belding, Brita, Sideshow, Gadget, Jimmy Dean, and Sipe.

    We warmed up with 25 SSH’s & 2 laps around the track. We then did elevators: merkins, squats, diamonds, lunges, and climb the rope abs.

    Next we did a circuit: weighted plank tricep kickbacks, crab walk a 1/4 of the track, 10 single leg burpies, lunge a 1/4 of the track, 10 diamonds, bear crawl a 1/4 of the track, 40 lbc’s, frog hop a 1/4 of the track. Repeato but run between stations.

    As always it was an honor.
