The Thang: Due to YHC battling a cold that was generously shared with him by his loving children, today’s workout was not going to a RAK. But due to the cold we needed to keep moving and since the track was out of commission a new workout was required. Dauber truly came down with a case of Vaginitis after hearing YHC was Qing, although we’ll count it as a fartsack b/c he did HC.

In order to mix it up and keep us out of the snow, we split into two teams and each team rolled a pair of dice to determine the exercise and then rolled again to determine the number of reps. A lap around the school was thrown in between each exercise to keep our heart rates up. When all was said and done YHC tracked us covering over 3 miles in running.

Six – Rabbit shared how F3 was helping him remain accountable for his fitness especially after turning 30.
*The strong group of HIM, all still in their prime and on the wrong side of 30 made it clear we weren’t slowing down any time soon.
CoT – We said prayers for Sipe and Houdini’s wives. We also said prayers for Rabbit’s wife at his request. We asked for patience and the strength to harness the positive energy from this morning through the rest of the day and week.

Moleskin – YHC promised a safer workout than at Faith Hill b/c of the ice and clearly that was a mistake. Jimmy Dean went down on the ice at a corner during one of the runs. Hopefully it was not serious and JD doesn’t show any concussions signs as the day/week goes on. A good reminder to use extra caution as just a little bit of ice can be treacherous.

    Always an honor.
