Beatdown style workout with your F3 Brothers. No better way to start off a Monday.

    On this beautiful Monday morning 9 PAX members gathered at Buddy Bench for a workout Q’d by Beaker. To start the day off Gap gave me the history behind why it is called Buddy Bench. Good story as always from GAP. Then we got to work. Here’s a summary.

    Warm-Up – 20 Side Straddle Hops, 15 merkins, 10 burpees.
    Station Work – 4 stations were set up at each corner of the building. During round one we did 10 reps of each exercise at each station. During round two we did 15 reps of each exercise, during round 3 we did 20 reps of each exercise.

    Station 1 – merkins, klinger kicks, mountain climbers
    Station 2 – hand-release merkins, american hammers, squats
    Station 3 – inch worms, V-ups, horsey-ups
    Station 4 – 3 members would call out an exercise when we would stop here. I picked who would select the exercises. Here is what we did – stump huggers, slaloms, lt. dans, side straddle hops, reach outs, diamond merkins, imperial walkers, pickle pounders, plank jacks and one I can’t remember.
    One final cool down lap, then Circle of Trust.
    The 9 members that worked out this morning at Buddy Bench – Gap, Gadget, Sideshow, Poodle, Jimmie Dean, Bullock, Extra Extra, Ticket, and Beaker – the Q. It was a pleasure, looking forward to more workouts at Buddy Bench.
