What a way to start the week! 12 men showed up at arbor hills to get some work. As I looked around the circle I thought “oh boy, what a cast of characters”
Despite my overwhelming intimidation and and my crippling desire for approval seeking from older men, we warmed it in cadence. After watching several guys fail miserably at cadence, I knew exactly why NOT to do (thanks colonel for months of poor examples).

6 station partner workout using 40/20 intervals. While partner do exercise, other man did mummy kicks (round 1) and high knees (round 2)

Ozzie not saying anything but having a look of through disgust the whole workout
Gap being his usual mopey, lifeless self
Brita thrratening to launch workout equipment onto the roof to end the beatdown
Banged out 36 push ups for Jeters b day (Lead by Mick at warp speed)
