The Thang:
YHC may have skipped the 5 core principles but I was just so excited to get to the workout. After a quick explanation that the workout was in fact an April Fools joke and we wouldn’t be doing a leg workout we paired up and started our first trip around the stations.
1st Station 4 Jack Webbs while your partner holds plank
2nd Station 4 Burpees while your partner holds a squat
3rd Station 4 Mountain Climbers while your partner holds a plank
4th Station 4 dips while your partner holds the bottom of the dip
5th Station 4 pull-ups while your partner holds an air squat
Repeato as teams of 2 while increasing the reps by 4 each round
Moleskin: A nice chilly morning and felt good to be done with the winter challenge. Somehow YHC was the 6… even though I was the Q. Prayers lifted for Bluto’s wife’s first day back to work. It’s always a privilege to lead this great group of men to get better everyday. Gap was surely missed this morning.
