Bootcamp Style beatdown in the spacious parking lot

    10 Windmills
    5 Gummy Worms

    The Workout
    Do 10 reps each of the following exercises
    Crunchy Frogs
    Lunges (2 is 1)
    Slo-Mo Merkins
    Mozie to the other end and do 10 reps of the following exercises
    Klinger Kicks (4 is 1)
    Monkey Humpers
    Pickle Pounders
    Donkey Kicks

    Split into teams of 4 or so

    Game #1 – Pass Relay across the field and back
    Pass to a teammate. Wherever you catch it, stop and do 3 burpees. If you drop it, everyone does 6 penalty burpees. Down to the end where the cones are and back.

    Repeato the exercises from before

    Game #2 – Punt Relay
    This time, take turns punting the ball. Wherever it lands, do 5 squats and keep going.

    Repeato the exercises from before

    Game #3 – Long Snap Relay
    Each team member takes turns taking long snapping. Wherever the ball ends up, do 15 LBC’s.

    Did a few cooldown stretches
