   Setup: cones 25 yards apart making 2 stations (one exclusively block work, the other bodyweight). Partners (or 3 in one group). Process: Partners split between the cones. When exercises at one station are completed, HIM travels to other station, carrying either one block or two.)
   Blocks represent kids. Two blocks can be carried, but no block can be left unattended except for the “babysitting” (the runs in between rounds). Repeato stations until round timer goes off.

   Warmup: SSH and WIndmills

   Round 3
   30 V-ups
   20 Mountain Climbers (2is1)
   10 Stump-huggers

   30 Curls
   20 Thrusters
   10 Side-to-side Block Merkins (1is1)

   Round 4
   30 Tricep
   20 Supermen
   10 Apollo Onos (2is1)

   30 Bentover Rows
   20 Kettlebell Swings
   10 Thrusters

   Close with “the village” (all together)
   Manmaker Medley (1 rep = plank jacks, merkins, 2is1 Mt. Climbers, Shoulder presses)
   4×4 (4 total reps, 4 internal reps)
   3×3 (3 total reps, 3 internal reps)

   Rhythms of self, time with God, time with kids, time with partner, time with village are the key to sustainable lives. We tried to practice that today with blocks, partners, and time as a group.

   Announcements: Frog 6–possibly multiple occasions
   Prayers: circled around Juice and prayed for his soon-to-be newborn and his family.
