    Started with 5 core principles, SSH, Windmill

    The Thang: 3 Exercises per round, 12 reps per exercise. 100 yard run after 2 sets of each of the three moves are completed, then start over with the three moves and repeat until the song is over.

    Round 1 – Man Makers with Block, Big Boy Sit Ups, Buster Poseys
    Round 2 – Curls with Block, LBC, Jumping Alternate Lunges
    Round 3 – Walking Merkins, Imperial Walker (2is1), Block Thrusters
    Round 4 – Overhead Press, Block Leg Lifts, and Jump Squats
    Round 5 – Skull Crushers, American Hammers (2is1), Lunges
    Round 6 – Diamond Merkins, Klinger Kicks (2is1), Goblet Squat with Block
    Round 7 – Block Swings, Mountain Climbers, Side Lunges
    Round 8 – Hand Release Merkins, Heel Touches (2is1) , Quadzilla Special
    Round 9 – Block Press, High Toe Touch, Squat with Block

    Ended with COA, NOA, COT
