PAX: Socrates, Dauber, Klinger, Gadget, Jimmy-Dean, Britta, Sideshow, Gap
The Thang: The PAX were partnered up and lined up on the goal line. 1 partner did 1 exercise while the other sprinted to the 50 yard line and completed 10 reps of another exercise. When both partners completed two reps, the entire group moved ten yards towards the 50 in a shieldwall (group lunge with arms on shoulders).
The progression was as follows:
SSH and 10 merkins.

It was a nice cool Monday compared to weather we have recently had. The dew on the grass even made my fingers cold. It was a good start to the week and an honor to lead.
