The Thang: Started with 5 core principles then moved into stretching using an echo count; Michael Phelps, Arm Cirlces, SSH; jog to other side of building.
Today the Pax was testing their throwing and catching abilities using a tennis ball and partnering up; exercises were done in between throws in the following order. The team that finished first after every exercise got to decide what pain to inflict on the group.
-Burpee toss; burpee in between each toss; 10 push-ups for any dropped ball; first team to 50
-Lunge toss; farthest apart wins, 10 push up penalty
-sprint toss; first to 20; 10 push up penalty;
-toss-5 carolina dry docks; backpedal while waiting; first team to 20; 10 penalty push up
-toss-5 big boy; backpedal while waiting; first team to 20, 10 penalty push up;
-toss-10 air presses; backpedal while waiting; first team to 20
-toss-5 plank jacks; backpedal while waiting; first team to 30; 10 penalty push up
-toss-5 squats; backpedal while waiting; first team to 30; 10 penalty push up
The Pax had some great exercises in between including monkey humpers, hand release burpees, American hammers, etc.
