Abominable Abdominals – set of exercises, run to the cone and back. Next round to the first set of exercises and add the 2nd set. Repeato until the last set is all 4 exercises.

30 American Hammers – 2 is 1
40 Gas Pumps
Finish with 55 mps – 1 merkin and bear crawl to next parking spot, 2 merkins then bear crawl, repeato until you’ve done 10 merkins.
