Beatdown style workout with your F3 Brothers. No better way to start off a Monday.

    Warm-Up – in cadence
    Side straddle hops – 15
    Windmills – 15

    First Round
    Ladder with 10 merkins, 5 squats. 15 total at each station.
    Run to other end of ladder and do 9 merkins and 6 squats
    Continue until you have flipped the order and end with 10 squats and 5 merkins
    While waiting for the 6 either Plank or help them finish
    Cool down lap around the parking lot

    Second Round
    Ladder with 10 Plank jacks shoulder taps (4 count) and 5 lunges (2 is 1).
    Same rotation as before, flip until you are at 5 plank jacks and 10 lunges
    While waiting for the 6 either Al Gore or help them finish
    Cool down lap around the parking lot

    Third Round
    Ladder with 10 Monkey Humpers and 5 Burpees.
    Repeat Rotation
    While waiting for the 6 either Air Press or help them finish
    Cool down lap around the parking lot

    Fourth Round
    Ladder with 10 American Hammers (4 is 1) and 5 Horsey Ups
    Repeat Rotation
    While waiting for the 6 either Exercise of Your Choice or help them finish
