The Q: Mr. Rogers
The 6: Cobra Commander
The PAX: Wilson, John Denver, Ricky Bobby, Wooderson, Cobra Commander, Mr. Rogers
The beatdown:
Starting at the bottom of the amphitheater, PAX did one rep of an exercise at the first level, two reps at the second level, three reps at the third level, all the way up to 10 levels. Mode of transportation between each level was to box jump up. After completing all 10 levels, PAX ran a lap, and then when to the second exercise. Repeato until the list is complete.
Situation Squats
Crunchy Frogs
Incline Merkins
Dips
V-Ups
Burpees
All PAX finished the list in roughly the same time. Ended with some bonus LBCs and stretching.
