The Beatdown:
We used the F3 card deck. One PAX drew a card. All other pax did that exercise while the pax who drew the card ran a lap as a timer. When the runner returned, the next guy drew a card and ran and repeated the process for the entirety of the workout. One variable was that I played a playlist from Pandora. Every time an ad came on, everyone stopped what they were doing and did Kraken Burpees until the commercial was over.
